I’m posting this here because I’m still waiting for Cloudy Boost to resolve an important access issue. I paid for the website, domain/hosting and SEO service, but right now I still do not have proper access to the server/account associated with my own website because the verification codes are not being provided, and communication has become very difficult. I’m not accusing anyone of anything at this point — I’m simply asking Cloudy Boost to contact me and provide the access/codes needed so we can resolve this professionally before I have to open a formal dispute regarding the service.
