Initial Status: "User" (Unverified)

Upon registration, every account is automatically assigned a basic initial status. To protect the community from spam, automated bots, and bad actors, strict limits are imposed on new unverified accounts:

• Message sending limit: no more than 5 public messages per day.
• Profile restriction: setting a custom profile avatar is forbidden.

These ranks are assigned automatically by the system. A user's rank grows based on their activity — writing useful posts and participating in discussions on the forum:

• • Novice: Condition: from 10 to 29 posts. The initial status after passing the basic user stage. Mild posting frequency restrictions apply to protect against spam.
• • Learner: Condition: from 30 to 100 posts. A user who has adjusted to the platform. The first restrictions on posting in discussion sections are removed.
• • Participant: Condition: from 100 to 250 posts. An active discussion participant. PM mailbox storage limit is expanded.
• • Local: Condition: from 250 to 500 posts. An experienced user who has earned basic trust from the community thanks to their publications.
• • Old-timer: Condition: from 500 to 1000 posts. A respected forum participant with a solid history of useful messages and high activity.
• • Veteran: Condition: from 1000 to 2000 posts. An honorary status for users who have made a huge contribution to the development of Dublikat's discussion sections.
• • Authority: Condition: 2000 posts and more. The highest automatic rank for text activity on the forum. It symbolizes maximum experience and dedication to the platform.

Verified Buyer

Assigned automatically by the system as soon as you successfully complete 10 purchases of any goods or services through the platform's official Escrow (Garant) Service.

Seller

The basic commercial status required for fully-fledged and convenient business operations on the Dublikat forum.

Verified Seller / Verified Service

A high-trust business status intended for experienced community members with a time-proven reputation.

Verified Seller VIP

A premium commercial status for large and stable market players. Issued for 50 flawless sales through the Escrow Service.

Sales Legend

The highest commercial status and the absolute sign of trust on the Dublikat forum. Issued for 100 sales.

Specialized commercial statuses confirming the qualification and area of activity of the seller on the platform:

It endows the account with a full set of rights identical to the "Verified Seller" status (editing any messages, changing titles, creating polls). It gives the right to bump one's commercial threads 4 times a day — every 6 hours, keeping the business at the top without accumulating a history of deals.
• • Dublikat Friends: A special status for regular participants, investors, and close friends of the project. Unlocks access to closed discussion clubs.
• • Forum Sponsor: A premium permission upgrade for maximum audience reach. Features a prominent nickname color, bumping commercial threads every 12 hours (instead of 24), and the ability to use animated banners.
• • No Ads: A commercial status. Completely removes all types of visual advertisements from the screen (banners, sponsored banners, sidebar blocks). Cancels promotional newsletters via email and PM. Critical service notifications (about technical maintenance, domain changes) remain active.

Official representatives of the platform's leadership who maintain order, security, and the regulation of business processes. Appeals to the team must be carried out strictly in accordance with their competence:

Important: Does not consider current user requests regarding opening, closing, moving, or editing commercial threads. Along with the Senior Arbitrator, makes final decisions on complex appeals in Arbitration.
• • @Garant (Financial Administrator / Forum Escrow): Area of responsibility: Full control of the platform's financial flows. Conducting secure commercial transactions via the Escrow Service, receiving and paying out insurance deposits, recording commercial fees, and accepting advertising payments. Important: Does not handle moderation issues, or opening, closing, moving, or editing commercial threads.
• • @Reklama (Advertising Administrator): Area of responsibility: Administrative management of advertising on the forum. Accepting payments for banner and text spaces, receiving insurance deposits, and commercial fees from sellers. Important: Does not handle moderation or editing of commercial threads.
• • @Razpil Supermoderator (Main Moderator): Area of responsibility: Senior representative of the moderation staff. Coordinates the work of regular moderators, controls complex and non-standard service verifications, and considers user complaints regarding actions of junior staff. Authority: Helps with thread moderation issues. Can close/open and approve threads. Handles personnel issues on the forum.

The professional judicial body of the Dublikat forum. Possesses absolute independence and impartiality to make objective, unbiased, and fair decisions when resolving disputes:

• • Senior Arbitrator: Area of responsibility: The highest judicial instance of the platform. Besides handling complex financial disputes, deals with reviewing official user appeals against decisions of first-instance Arbitrators. Together with the Main Administrator, makes the final decision on the distribution of blocked deposits.
• • Arbitrator (Forum Judge): Area of responsibility: Conducting trials, detailed analysis of financial and commercial claims between participants in the "Arbitration" section. Gathers evidence (chat logs, verified contacts), assigns compensation amounts for material and moral damage (from 1,000 to 10,000 rubles) in case of libel publication. Authority: Obliged to distance themselves from personal preferences and maintain absolute impartiality. Does not handle moderation issues, clearing flood in regular threads, or checking commercial threads for fees.
• • Journalist-Arbitrator: Area of responsibility: Trainee for the Arbitrator position, undergoing a probationary period within the judicial corps. Under strict supervision of the Senior Arbitrator, performs primary moderation in the "Arbitration" section (checks correctness of claims, requests basic log files and deal receipts from parties), and handles minor, non-financial, or simple domestic disputes. Authority: Has no right to independently issue final decisions on large financial claims, freeze commercial deposits, or issue permanent bans to verified sellers without direct coordination and approval of the verdict by the Senior Arbitrator.

Assigned by the Forum Administration or Moderators forcefully for violating platform rules or during investigations. Serve as a public warning to the community:

• • Work only through escrow: Assigned to users with open disputes in Arbitration or those under suspicion. Transactions with them are allowed STRICTOR through the Dublikat Forum Escrow Service.
• • Chatterbox: Assigned for regular idle talk, spreading fakes, libel, or for leaving unjustified negative reviews.
• • Review-Blackmailer: Assigned to users caught in extortion, commercial blackmail of sellers, or intentional attempts to disrupt other members' commercial deals.
• • Spammer: Assigned for unauthorized advertising and mass mailings. Restricts rights to send PMs and messages in Chat for a period determined by the moderator.
• • Doxxer: Assigned to users caught leaking, publishing, or attempting to harvest personal data (real names, documents, contacts) of Forum participants. Serves as the highest reputational mark of shame.
• • Chump: The highest degree of public shame before issuing a permanent ban. Issued for inappropriate behavior, insulting the Administration, or foolish scam attempts.
